Marvellous and cool setting, right by restaurants, the beaches and the town and A Bang Beach, about 6 km away. Great breakfast with local food and the fruit, as for instance, and welcoming staff.
Bad free Wi-Fi.

We had a fantastic stay at Phoenix Homestay in Hoi An. The owner and staff made us feel at home right away. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location is convenient, with the old town and the beach just a short bike ride away. The rooms are new and well-equipped, and the breakfast included in the room price was delicious, with different options each morning. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff was kind, the breakfast was good, and the location was conveniently far from everything. A truly lovely stay.
Oh, how I adored the damp and dark room, complete with mysterious stains and hair on the sheets. Simply delightful.

The staff at this homestay were incredibly friendly and helpful. the free bicycle service was a great addition and made it easy to explore the local area. the rooms were clean and recently refurbished, providing a comfortable stay.
The location of the homestay was a bit far from the center of town and there wasn't much of interest in the surroundings. there were no lunch or dinner options available at the homestay, forcing us to venture out for meals.
